Allowed. Drones themselves are permitted in carry-on bags. Their batteries are treated as spare lithium batteries: fine up to 100 Wh without approval, 100–160 Wh with airline approval, and not allowed over 160 Wh.

Allowed for the drone body, but any spare/uninstalled drone batteries must be moved to carry-on — they cannot travel in checked baggage.
